* 30  and 45 minute Therapeutic Massage is a session focused on an area of pain using Trigger Point Therapy and Swedish techniques. The pressure used depends on the clients needs from light to deep pressure which helps tight muscles achieve their relaxation point.

* 60 and 90 minute Therapeutic Massage is a whole body massage which addresses areas of concern for the client or just for relaxation. The pressure used depends on the clients needs from light to deep pressure.

*Pre- Natal Massage  is a whole body massage using the side laying position.  Boaster pillows are used for comfort and the session is specialized and created for each client, depending on their needs.
